This
college of Education named after Dr.Palpu,a great social reformer of kerala was
established in 1995,under the corporate management of SNDP Yogam Colleges,Kollam.This
college imparts instruction for the M.Ed Degree Course and B.Ed.Degree course and the optional subjects
offered for the B.Ed Degree Course are Mathematics,Physical science, Natural science,social science,Malayalam
and English.The total intake of students is hundred and is affiliated to the University
of Calicut.The college is situated in a calm and serene atmosphere,two kilometers
south east of Kodungallur Town. From the inception of the college it strives to
become a source of inspiration and enlightenment to the teacher education students.
